If you are applying for a Florida construction contractor license and your FICO credit score is below 660, you are required to take a financial responsibility course such as this one, which is approved by the Florida CILB. 

This course includes 14 hours of Financial Responsibility, covering the basics of business planning, business structure, construction accounting, costs and cost recovery, cash flow management, risk management, loans, bonds, lines of credit, taxes, and financial statements.
