Contract Administration and Project Management Exam Preparation Course

The Contract Administration and Project Management examinations each contain 45, 50 or 60 questions dependent on specialty.  The Contract Administration examination will cover the management and operation activities of a construction company. The Project Management examination will cover managing, controlling, and conducting projects.
